Biographical Notes
Watts-Morgan, Ald. Lt. Col. D., C.B.E., D.S.O., J.P. M.P. for East Rhondda. Has been Miners' Agent for the Rhondda Valleys since 1898. He started work as a miner and qualified as a manager. He joined the Army as a private in 1914, and served with distinction at Cambrai. Chairman, Glamorgan County Council. Prominent miners' leader. Private Address: Cae Mawr, Porth, Rhondda.
