Biographical Notes

We have to announce the death of Mr. T. C. Maynard, Esq., who for upwards of thirty years discharged the important duties of Coroner, for the extensive ward of Easington, in this county. The deceased gentleman had long been in a weak state of health, and for several days before his death his recovery was beyond all hope. Mr. Maynard was much respected, by a large circle of friends, uniting with a wide professional knowledge a kindly disposition and gentlemanly bearing. He died 24th May, 1863.
