Martin, Gavin, Part-time Member, National Coal Board. Also General Secretary of the Confederation of Shipbuilding and Engineering Unions since 1942, and Member of the Shipbuilding Advisory Committee (Admiralty) and of the Engineering Advisory Council (Ministry of Supply).
