Biographical NotesMarsh, L., M.B.E., Staff Director, North-Eastern Division, National Coal Board. Born in 1914 and educated at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, Blackburn, and Balliol College, Oxford. From 1956-1958 was Divisional Chief Staff Officer, East Midlands Division.
