Biographical Notes

Morton, Charles Milton Served his apprenticeship in the Newcastle commercial office of the Owners of Waldridge and Chester South Moor Collieries. Although only now 50 years of age he has held the position of Commercial General Manager and Secretary to the North Walbottle Coal Co. Ltd., for 32 years, and to the Seaton Burn Coal Co. Ltd., a similar and additional position for 25 years, and served in this capacity with both companies since their inception.
