Jolly, Col. H., T.D. Hon. Col. 58th (Essex and Suffolk) Medium Brigade R.A. (TA.). Partner in the firm of Sargeant, Longstaff & Co., Coal and Coke Merchants, London. Born 1876. Served in the Territorial Artillery in the war and was mentioned in despatches, 1917. Deputy-Lieutenant, County of Essex. Address: Branscombe, Woodford Green, Essex.
