Biographical NotesHannah, David, J.P. Born 1855. Served apprenticeship at Powell Duffryn Collieries at Aberamon, and otherwise engaged by this Company. Manager, Ocean Collieries, Rhondda, for ten years, and of D. Davis & Sons Ltd., from January, 1889-1915. Director and Consulting Mining Engineer to other colliery companies. Succeeded Sir David R. Llewellyn, Bart., as Chairman of the Welsh Navigation Steam Coal Co. Ltd., 1924. President. South Wales Institute of Engineers. Private Address: Ashdene, Penarth, Glam.
