Educated at Port Talbot, Geneva, and Dublin, where he graduated B.A. in 1911, M.B. and Ch.B in 1915, and M.D. in 1923, his thesis for the last degree being on "Silicosis in the Mining Industry." Author, "Boils and Carbuncles Among Miners" (Lancet). Address: Mines Department, Dean Stanley Street, Millbank, S.W.1.
