Has had wide experience in Mining Chemistry and was formerly Head of Chemistry Department South Wales School of Mines. Honorary Secretary and Fellow of the Institute of Fuel. Author of numerous papers on Fuel, Coke Technology, Blast Furnace Practice, etc.
