Certificates of Competency as Manager (1st) or Under-Manager (2nd) of Mines have been granted under the Coal Mines Regulation Act, 1887 (50 & 51 Vict. Cap. 58, Sec. 23), and the Coal Mines Act, 1911 (1 & 2 Geo. 5 Cap. 50, Sec. 7-10), during the year ended 31st December, 1912

First Class Certificate of Competency as Manager of a Mine has been endorsed by H.M. Inspectors of Mines with the Qualification of Surveyor of Mines, during the year 1912
