Deakin, T. H. Mining engineer and colliery proprietor. Chairman and Managing Director of the Parkend and New Fancy Collieries, Forest of Dean. Chairman and General Manager of Vipond & Co.'s collieries, Monmouthshire. Chairman of the Forest of Dean Employers' Mutual Indemnity Society. Was for many years Chairman of the Coal Owners' Association of the Forest of Dean. Member of the Conciliation Board of the Monmouthshire and South Wales collieries. Justice of the Peace for the counties of Monmouthshire and Gloucestershire.
