Biographical NotesCawley, C. M., C.B.E., Ph.D., D.Sc.(Lond.), F.Inst.F., F.Inst.Pet., F.R.I.C. Chief Scientist, Ministry of Power. Born in 1907, and educated, Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School, Rochester, and Imperial College of Science and Technology. From 1953-59, was Director of Stations and Industry Divisions at Headquarters of Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.
