Carey, J. M., O.B.E. H.M. Divisional Inspector of Mines for the Cardiff and Forest of Dean Division. Was a pupil of the late Mr. David Evans at the Eston Works of Bolckow Vaughan & Co. for 2½ years. following when he served for four years at Messrs.
