Biographical NotesCadman, James Born Silverdale, Staffs., 1878. Second son of the late James Cope Cadman, past President of the Institute of Mining Engineers of Great Britain. During the war, Lieut. R.N.V.R., with distinction D.S.C. J.P. for the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme, and Member of the Institute of Mining Engineers for North Staffordshire. Chairman and Managing-Director of the Breeton Collieries Ltd., Rugeley.
