Biographical Notes
Barritt, R. J., M.A., M.I.Chem.E., Divisional Carbonisation General Manager, South Western Division. Educated Newcastle High School and Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, In 1945 appointed Chief Chemical Engineer to Powell Duffryn, Ltd., from 1947 to date in charge of carbonisation activities, South Western Division, N.C.B. awarded Moulton Gold Medal of Inst. Chemical Engineers in 1944 Vice-President of Coke Oven Managers' Association.
