Fenwick, Margery Ann, aged 4, [Not Employed], lost her life on the Blyth & Tyne Railway near the South Pit by the engine running over her, Buried: Churchyard of St. Mary the Virgin, Horton;

Fenwick, Thomas, aged 16, was found lying beside his set of four tubs, the set had not left the road and his pony was standing quietly, he showed symptoms of having had a fix of apoplexy, and the medical man confirmed this view

Fordy, James, aged 47, Quarry Chargeman, deceased, whilst engaged wedging stone down at the face, was buried by a fall of stone; the stone fell from a "back."
25 Oct 1911 Lambton Railway
Forster, John Ridley, aged 27, Guard, he was engaged along with a loco-engineman and fireman in shunting some trucks of waste material into a siding where the refuse is tipped; the engine had pushed the trucks to a certain point and then left them, and from this point the trucks gravitated into the siding; it was the custom to put one or two sprags into the wheels to prevent the trucks moving too quickly, and deceased was doing this when he slipped under the wheels of one of the waggons and was internally injured so seriously that he died on the following day, (accident: 24 Oct 1911)
