Miscellaneous Notes and Incidents

A miner had three pellets of powder in his hand, and was pushing another into a hole with a stemmer, when it exploded and set the three others off and burnt his arm and face.

A miner's shoulder was injured by a stone from a powder shot.

A miner returned to a supposed missed powder shot, when it exploded and injured his face.
