Registered – December 14, 1903, to acquire the Priestman Collieries, situate in co. Durham, and known as Victoria Garesfield, Waldridge, Chester South Moor, Lilley Drift, Blaydon Burn, Axwell Park and Blaydon Main. A new colliery is being opened up between Ravensworth and Whickham. Capital – £300,000, in 150,000 five per cent. cumulative preference and 150,000 ordinary shares of £1 each all the shares are issued and fully-paid. Accounts – Issued to shareholders only.
