Company Notes

Registered – January 24, 1923, and is a reconstruction of company of same name registered October 4, 1889. The property comprises mining and other rights, together with lands and buildings thereon, situate at Patterdale, Westmorland, and at Glencoigne, Dale Head, Watermillock, Cumberland, The consideration was £24,576 in 30,720 £1 shares credited 16s. per share paid.

Capital – £35,000, in shares of £1i each; 33,696 shares are issued, 2,976 having 5s. paid, and 30,720 credited as 16s per share paid. Shareholders in the old company were entitled to four £1 shares in new, credited with 16s. per share paid, for every old £10 share (£8 10s. paid) held.

Accounts – The statutory report was dated June 18, 1923.
