Registered – July 7, 1914. On May 2, 1923, it was resolved to wind up voluntarily and amalgamate with Dorman. Long & Co., Ltd., who held all the ordinary and preference shares. Liquidator. T. D. H. Stubbs, Zetland Road. Middlesbrough.
