| | | | | | | Bewsher, Alfred, 22 Apr 1912, aged 25, Miner, he was casting ore down a stope, when about 7 cwt. of roof ore slipped from between the spiles and caught him while in a stooping position; the place was only 5 feet high, and was apparently safely timbered |

| | | | | | | McCartan, Matthew, 02 Apr 1903, aged 23, Miners Labourer, Deceased was found within a few yards of the shaft in a kneeling position and quite dead. Traces of blood were discernible to a point about 150 yards away, where he had left a loaded bogie which he had brought out from a hurry about 100 yards further inbye, and which point he had left two hours before he was found. There were no marks on his body, and nothing to suggest an accident was observed. He had apparently burst a blood vessel and bled from the nose or mouth. No inquest was held. |
