Watson, John J., 31 Aug 1909, (accident: 25 Aug 1909), aged 17, Helper up, He was standing at the mouth of a level off an incline, on the outbye side of two full tubs. Two other tubs were being hauled up the incline from a lower level, and they got off the way and caught the first mentioned tubs. These latter fell on to the youth and he was severely injured, and died six days afterwards. He should not have been on, or near, the incline during the time a set was being hauled up
