McNeil, Alfred, 21 Mar 1927, buried by several tons of earth while loading ironstone screenings from a tip when the tip collapsed

      

Taylor, Dalton, 04 Jan 1913, aged 50, Miner, deceased was working alone, and having holed his place was working it off to the proper width, he was dressing the top down to set another balk, but ventured too far; he was injured by a fall of shale; the doctor attributed death to shock and exposure, due to the long time it took to get deceased to the hospital in a milk cart
