Clarkson, James, 08 Nov 1907, (accident: Aug 1907), aged 71, Labourer [More information ...]

      

Fisher, James, 02 Apr 1894, (accident: 02 Mar 1894, 8:30 a.m., 3rd hour of shift), aged 55, Miner, Fall of atone from a damp parting The place had been inspected by an official previous to the men commencing work, and the men themselves had examined this particular lump, and considered it sound. He died on the 2nd April [Inspection made & inquest attended]

      

Graham, Thomas, 20 Jan 1886, Trailer, fall of stone came off at slip

      

Kelly, John, 10 Jan 1890, (accident: 05 Jan 1890, 4:00 a.m., 4th hour of shift), aged 22, Miner, unramming shot; deceased was boring out a shot that had missed fire when the charge exploded, causing injuries which proved fatal on the 10th January

      

Kerving, Thomas, 01 Sep 1894, 11:00 a.m., 5th hour of shift, aged 60, Miner, A piece of tough shale fell from the side without warning, and rolled over on deceased, who was filling ore. The working place had been inspected by two different officials between the men leaving the previous day and their return on the morning of the accident [Inspection made & inquest attended]

      

Moore, William, 23 Sep 1881, aged 53, Miner, killed by a fall of roof

      

Morton, John, 30 Jan 1890, (accident: 13 Dec 1889, 7:00 p.m., 7th hour of shift), aged 40, Miner, fall of stone; on the 13th December 1889 deceased was barring a piece of stone down in his working place when it fell upon him, causing injuries from which he died on 30th January

      

Mulligan, Robert, 07 Jul 1880, aged 28, Miner, fall from roof

      

Walker, Joseph, 03 Aug 1891, 10:00 a.m., 4th hour of shift, aged 15, Metal Picker, This boy's father was engaged barring a piece of metal off the timbers in his working place, when it suddenly fell and "reeled" several sets of timbers out, burying deceased [Inspection made & inquest attended]
