| | | | |  | | Cudlip, William Henry, 22 Aug 1915, (accident: 11 Aug 1915), aged 33, He was injured while working in the Fourth West Flat of the Main Coal seam on 11th August; his leg was broken and his back injured. The stone which struck him measured 4 feet by 3 feet and was 16 inches thick. He died from his injuries at Newcastle Infirmary on 22nd August. |
