Bailey, William, 19 Dec 1899, aged 66, Wasteman, Deceased and his marrow were ridding stones and repairing in a return airway, when a large side waver fell upon them. The master wasteman had previously warned them about this particular stone, and instructed them to set timber under it, which they failed to do [Inspection made & inquest attended]
