Lambert, John, 11 Sep 1901, aged 13, Horse Driver, Deceased was riding on a loaded waggon when he fell off and the waggon passed over him [Inspection made & inquest attended]

      

Pattison, Edward, 15 Aug 1899, aged 63, Hewer, He was engaged in kirving a small jud, when a portion of the coal fell away at a cleat and injured his spine. No sprag was being used, as should have been the case, there being two loose ends to the jud [Inspection made & inquest attended]

      

Stokoe, Joseph R., 11 Jun 1889, aged 22, Hewer, killed by a fall of coal
