Official Notice

The Dunston Garesfield Collieries Limited

The Companies Act, 1948.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 293 of the Companies Act, 1948, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the County Hotel, Neville Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, 1, on Wednesday, the 6th day of July, 1955, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purposes mentioned in sections 294 and 295 of the said Act. — Dated this 16th day of June, 1955.
