(Members' Voluntary Winding-up.)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held on the 25th day of June, 1952, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:—
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. John Robinson of 22 Tennyson Terrace, Crook, in the county of Durham, Company Secretary, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
