(Members' Voluntary Winding-up.)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held on the 17th day of June, 1952, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:—
1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."
2. "That Mr. Thomas Coke Squance, O.B.E., T.D., B.A., of 26 John Street, Sunderland, County Durham, and Mr. Frederick Ernest Hamilton of Tudhoe Iron Works, Spennymoor, County Durham, be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of
winding-up the Company."
