{Members' Voluntary Winding-up.)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company held on the 26th day of May, 1952, the following Resolution was duly passed as a Special Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edric Claud Hamilton-Russell of 35, Collingwood Buildings, Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne and Joseph Michael Smith Coates of 31, Mosley Street, Newcastle .upon Tyne be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such windingup."
