(Members' Voluntary Winding-up.)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held on the 27th day of March, 1952, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:—
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that George Sodeau of Harden, Longbenton in the county of Northumberland, Company Director, Richard James Weeks of Thirston House, Felton in the same county, Mining Engineer, and Thomas
Alfred Bertram Forster of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Solicitor, be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
