Easington Colliery Memorial

The parish church of Easington Colliery is to commemorate the 83 men who lost their lives in the disaster last May by the erection of a carved and decorated chancel screen and a memorial tablet of grey slate engraved with names. This memorial wil cost £1,600, and gifts will be gratefully received at the vicarage, Easington Colliery, County Durham.
