Dean Moor Colliery Company Limited

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 122 Galgate, Barnard Castle in the county of Durham, on Wednesday the 26th day of March, 1952 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:—

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. Thomas Philip Sanderson Summerson of 122 Galgate, Barnard Castle and Mr. Hubert Wood, Chartered Accountant, of Royal George Chambers, Bishop Auckland in the county of Durham be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
