Official Notice

In the Matter of the Backworth Collieries Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation. Members' Winding-up).

The Companies Act, 1948.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at County Chambers, Westgate Road in the City and County of Newcastle upon Tyne on the 18th March, 1952 the following Special Resolution was duly passed, viz.:—

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rowland Lishman of Alma Place, North Shields in the County of Northumberland Company Director and Arthur Boyd of County Chambers, Westgate Road in the City and County of Newcastle upon Tyne Incorporated Accountant be and they hereby are appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up." — Dated the 24th March, 1952.
