The Companies Act, 1948.

(Members' Voluntary Winding-up.)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held on the 31st day of December, 1951, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:—

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lieut.-Col. James Filmer Hamilton Houldsworth, Coltness House, Wishaw, and Ian Wilson Macdonald, Chartered Accountant, 149 West George Street, Glasgow, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
