In the Chancery of the County Palatine of Durham.

In the Matter of Mid-Durham Coal Company Limited and in the Matter of the Companies Act, 1948.

Notice is hereby given that a Petition was on the 20th day of December, 1951, presented to the Court of Chancery of the County Palatine of Durham for the confirmation of the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from £30,000 to £500 by returning capital which is in excess of the wants of the Company. And notice is further given that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Chancellor of the said County Palatine at a sitting of the said Court at the Assize Court, Durham, on Friday -the 11th day of January, 1952, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon. Any Creditor or Shareholder of the said Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the confirmation of the said reduction of capital should appear at the time of hearing in person or by Counsel for that purpose. A copy of the said Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same. — Dated the 28th day of December, 1951.
