Notice is hereby given that a petition was on the 21st day of February 1938 presented to His Majesty's High Court of Justice for the confirmation of the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from £180,000 to £22,875. And notice
is further given that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Honourable Mr. Justice Bennett at the Royal Courts of Justice Strand London on Monday the 14th day of March 1938. Any creditor or shareholder of the said Company desiring to
oppose the making of an Order for the confirmation of the said reduction of capital should appear at the time of hearing in person or by Counsel for that purpose. A copy of the said petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the
