Official Notice

Lieutenant-Colonel Robert Lindsay Wood, Deceased

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 that all persons having any claims against the estate of Robert Lindsay Wood of the Hermitage, Chester-le-Street in the county of Durham Lieutenant-Colonel (Retired) in His Majesty's Army, who died on the 2ist day of April 1937 and whose Will was proved at Newcastle-upon-Tyne on the 17th day of July 1937 by Edric Claud Hamilton-Russell and Rollo Samuel Barrett, the executors therein named, are required to send particulars in writing of such claims to the undersigned before the 6th day of December next, after which date the executors will distribute the assets among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice. — Dated this fifth day of October 1937.
