(In Voluntary Liquidation.)

The Companies Act, 1929.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of theMembers of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 31, Mosley Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, on the 9th day of September, 1937, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:—

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Michael Smith Coates, Chartered Accountant, of 31, Mosley Street, Newcastie-upon-Tyne, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
