The Whitehaven Colliery Company Limited

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 238 of the Companies Act, 1929, that a Meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at 51, Duke Street, Whitehaven, on Friday, the 18th day of August, 1933, at a quarter past twelve in the afternoon, for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator and of appointing a Committee of Inspection. Notice is hereby also given that, for the purpose of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at the registered office of the Company (No. 51, Duke Street aforesaid) before the Meeting a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. — Dated this eighth day of August, 1933.
