At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Cross House, Westgate road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, on the 29th day of May, 1925, the following Special Resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 22nd day of June, 1925, the following Special Resolution was duly confirmed:—
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John George Joicey, of Meadowcroft, Warkworth, Northumberland, Colliery Owner, Edward James Joicey, of Beaconlough, Sheriff Hill, in the county of Durham, Engineer, and Robert
Dickinson, of Styford Hall, Stocksfield, Northumberland, Solicitor, be hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up, and that any one of the said Liquidators shall have power to act alone in or for any of the purposes of such
winding-up."
