In the Matter of the Companies Acts, 1908-1917, and in the Matter of the Tynedale Coal Company Limited. (In Liquidation.)

Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Messrs. Price, Waterhouse and Company, Chartered Accountants, No. 31, Mosley-street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, on Tuesday, the 29th November, 1921, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Company, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining, by Extraordinary Resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company, and the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. — Dated this 14th day of October, 1921.
