Official Notice

Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Elizabeth Ogle Smith, William Percy Grace, Herbert Wylam Grace, Elizabeth Grace Smith, and Arthur Innes, carrying on business as Colliery Proprietors, at Kirkheaton. Northumberland, under the style of "THE OWNERS OF KIRKHEATON COLLIERY," has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 16th day of December. 1915, as regards the said Arthur Innes. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the remaining partners hereinbefore mentioned. &madsh; Dated this 20th day of December, 1915.
