The Acklington Coal Company Limited

Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of tbe Members of the above named Company will be held at Milburn House, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, on Friday, the thirtieth day of September, 1910, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon precisely, to receive the report of the Liquidator, showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted, and its property disposed of, to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass an Extraordinary Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the Company. — Dated this 22nd day of August, 1910.
