Official Notice

Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Matthew Smith, Walter Smith, and George William Johnson, carrying on the trade or business of Coal Owners and Manufacturer of of Sinks, Bricks, Pipes, and other articles, at Langley-on-Tyne, in the county of Northumberland, under the firm or style of "The Langley Barony Fireclay Company," has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Walter Smith and George William Johnson, by whom the said business will in future be carried on. — Dated this eighteenth day of May, 1905.
