Official Notice

In the Matter of the North Brancepeth Coal Company Limited and Reduced, and in the Matter of the Companies Acts, 1867 and 1877.

Notice is hereby given, that a petition presented to the Honourable the Chancellor of the County Palatine of Durham and Sadberge on the 9th day of January, 1900, for confirming a resolution reducing the capital of the above Company from £200,000 to £120,000, is directed to be heard before the said Chancellor, at the Assize Courts, Old Elvet, in the city of Durham, on the 6th day cf April, 1900, at half-past ten o'clock in the forenoon. — Dated this 29th day of March, 1900.
