Official Notice

In the Matter of the North Brancepeth Coal Company Limited and Reduced, and in the Matter of the Companies Acts, 1867 and 1877.

Notice is hereby given that the Order of the Chancery Court of Durham dated the 6th day of April, 1900, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from £200,000 to £120,000 and the Minute (approved by the Court), showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Statutes were registered by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies on the 20th day of April 1900. And further take notice that the said Minute is in the words and figures following :— "The capital of the North Brancepeth Coal Company Limited and Reduced henceforth is £120,000 divided into 20,000 shares of £6 each reduced from the original capital of £200,000 divided into shares of £10 each. At the time of the registration of this Minute the sum of £6 has been and is to be deemed paid up on each of the 17,608 shares which have been issued." — Dated the twenty-third day of April, 1900.
