In the Matter of the North Brancepeth Coal Company, Limited, and Reduced and in the Matter of the Companies Acts, 1867 and 1877.

Notice is hereby given that a petition has been presented to the Chancery Court of the County Palatine of Durham for confirming a resolution of the above Company for reducing its capital from £200,000 to £120,000. A list of the persons admitted to have been creditors of the Company on the 20th day of February, 1900, may be inspected at the office of the Company at Crown-street-chambers, Darlington, in the county of Durham, or at the office of Messrs. Lucas, Hutchinson, and Meek, Solicitors, Horsemarket, Darlington, at any time during usual business hours on payment of the charge of one shilling. Any person who claims to have been on the last-mentioned day and still to be a creditor of the Company and who is not entered on the said list and claims to be so entered must, on or before the 12th day of March, 1900, send in his name and address and particulars of his claim and the name and address of his Solicitor (if any) to the undersigned at Darlington, or in default thereof he will be precluded from objecting to the proposed reduction of capital. — Dated this 28th day of February, 1900.
