Official Notice

The Whitburn Coal Company Limited

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held on Tuesday the 9th day January next at 12 o'clock noon at the Station Hotel, Newcastle-upon-Tyne for the purpose having laid before them the account of Liquidators showing the manner in which winding up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given the Liquidators. — Dated this 5th day of December 1899.
